At the beginning, there is nothing. Then the nothing gains a consciousness, becoming a something that has control and power over everything (the Nothing).

It creates, in this order, five separate realms, each with their own set of physics: Demon, Angel, Vampire, Were(Animal), Human. In its creating, it leaves Gates between the realms with magic into the one without, and has future plans to open them slowly to perhaps one day merge them. It is optimistic and looks forward to peace.

Once it observes a system pop up in each realm, it creates the four Dogs of Erebus, one for each realm except Human. It observes the human realm personally, and creates the five Cards of Deimos to serve it personally as it maintained the human realm.

Joker, the leader of the Cards of Deimos, hatches a plan with the other cards and the Dogs of Erebus to lock up the Creator in the Abyssal Tower. A century of planning later, they commit the act and are free to rule the entire dimension. The Cards scatter into space, living lives far away from Earth on alien worlds. Heart choses to stay with humanity to incite terror and watch for signs of the Creator breaking free. The Dogs of Erebus travel freely between the Gates. The Dogs do not have the power or authority to truly open the Gates for travel, so they force the Gates open each time and then seal the Gates behind them with each pass. Insodoing, weakens the Gates with each use.

WE LIVE. Strange activity occurs in the human realm. The United Supernatural Investigation Committee (USIC) is formed with Jaheim Asimov becoming the first Chief.

Just over a decade after the USIC forms, the Gates break open and Supernaturals near the portals are sucked into the human realm. The 100 years following this event is later referred to as The Clash.

Soon after The Clash begins, USIC recruits a league of angels and is reborn as the Symphony of Angels (Angelic Symphony or AS). They dedicate themselves to fighting the reigning chaos.

At the end of The Clash, each species develops its own system of government more like an extension or branch of their home realm government. Tension decreases, and the AS is again reborn, this time as bounty hunters and international police dealing with the Supernaturalists and other extremely dangerous criminals.

UNFOLDING MARIA. Maria travels through the creative dimensions in a linear fashion, dragging their inhabitants through with her. She arrives in STRIPE and remains invisible while observing until she meets Vespin, the vampire prince. They fall in love at first sight, and she spirits him away into the remote mountains, where she turns him into a small kumquat tree. Sabsin and Naya meet and move on with their plan to gather data on BECK and AS until the plan fails and Sabsin commits suicide. Naya hides in the remote mountains and meets Maria, who requests Naya kill her. She does, and everything that happened since Maria's arrival "unfolds" and not only reverts, but moves in the opposite direction until the point of her creation. She ceases to exist.

A RUSH ON THE DEN. Pre. AS raids a criminal organization, and harvests almost all the souls. One of the souls to escape travels through the broken gates and into the realms and into space until it comes upon the Abyssal Tower. Using the last of its power, it frees the Creator and in return, the Creator blows half its life energy into the wandering soul, changing it into its twinflame. The soul acquires the same capacity to create limitless energy and bring into reality anything they can imagine, and then puts the soul into a wereswan fetus. The Creator discovers the opening of the Gates and is overjoyed to see the current level of cooperation. The Creator takes on a human form and descends into the human realm to create the first multi-species academy.

THE PERFECTION. A human girl attends one of the first multi-species schools, following the opening of Hjordis Academy. She falls in love with one of four suitors, helping them with their problems over the course of a year.

THE PERFECTION. Sequel. Lover now helps human girl (Madoka) with her home and family issues. Takes place during summer break over the course of two weeks.

A RUSH ON THE DEN. Part 1. Elamie Cygnus attends Hjordis Academy and immediately creates a bond with Helios (The Creator). He soon discovers who she is, and takes her away to his castle where he trains her for six months.

A RUSH ON THE DEN. Part 2. June the following year, Elamie and Helios arrive in Megalopolis to battle the Cards and Dogs that descend from the sky. In the ensuing battle, Helios sacrifices his consciousness and erases all traces of himself from time and space, leading to the erasure of the remaining Cards and Dogs as well.

SIGNING OFF. Elamie, now known as the Witch, becomes enraged that people would forget the Creator's sacrifice. She creates beings in the human realm known as the Kril, who can kill with just a kiss. Thousands are dead within hours and soon terror sweeps through the human realm. Many escape into the four Supernaturalist realms. Jack becomes embroiled in a hunt by the new Aftermath International Police, a small rival competitor to AS only dealing with human and Supernaturalist-dud affairs. A Kril called Mari, who is Jack's sister, is captured and killed. The Witch seals the Gates for good and then goes to sleep on the moon. She brings Jack with her and turns him into her Eternal Guardian to ensure her safety while asleep.

Chaos ensues in the human realm as the Gates are shut and Supernaturalists are stuck. War breaks out and new countries are formed as old ones disappear. This is the Aftermath. AS breaks down and dissolves. AIP takes over briefly but eventually the human realm's Earth returns to how it was even before The Clash, with minor changes: technology is lost in the destruction, reverting back to the late 1800s and 1900s.

A new life energy forms between the Witch and Jack: a new soul born of Jack's physical energy and Helios' cosmic essence (the consciousness of the Nothing), woven together and brought into being through the Witch's dreams. Eventually it takes the form of a little boy, suddenly appearing inside the Witch's casket. Jack rescues him and sends him to Earth to live a normal life, away from the Moon and the terrible history that has plagued the dimension. The Moonchild grows up in an orphanage in Glasswitch, Hartigan (new south of France), and takes on the name Walden Fitzroy Silverstein.

SILVERSTEIN. Assassination of Duplica's Dagwood royal family triggers a chain of events that eventually lead to a war between Osova and Estia on their Southhedge Mountain borders. Walden investigates his origins and, once he figures out who he is, becomes determined to wakeup the Witch and destroy the human realm. Arden barely stops Walden by pinning him down with a silver stake with the help of Jack.
